NAME YOUR AI EMPLOYEES

AI agents should not sound like database records. Give them names people remember. Pick a world your team already understands, then use it to name the agents, assistants, copilots and digital teammates you are putting to work.

Stay in the loop.
When I find something worth sharing, you will be the first to know. No schedule, no filler. Just the signal.

Why this matters

HUMAN NAMES BEAT BOT NUMBERS

When AI becomes part of the team, naming matters. Nobody wants to ask whether Agent-17 completed the workflow. But people will remember Hermione, R2-D2, Alfred, Athena or Scooby.

This is not about pretending software is human. It is about making AI easier to talk about, remember and use.

01

Match the name to the job. Make the metaphor useful, not just funny.

02

Keep it internal unless you own it. These are prompts for team naming, not public product names.

03

Pick one world per agent team. A naming pattern is easier to remember than a random list of clever names.

Open Resource 01

AI Employee Naming Themes. Naming worlds for agents, assistants, copilots and automated workflows. More practical AI resources will be added before Christmas, with some open to everyone and some sent to the list first.
